Water-Resistant Laminate

It is very important to read the installation guide for your specific product before installing.

  • Requires a foam underlayment

  • Leave an expansion gap of ½” around the perimeter of the room, and against any cabinetry.

  • The flooring must be acclimated (sit in unopened boxes) for at least 48 hours before install.

  • The room must be between 65-85⁰F during install, and between 60-95⁰F after install.

  • Any cut planks must be sealed. A sealant is also required around the perimeter (in bathrooms and laundry rooms.)
